Keyboard shortcuts

Shortcuts for search, the agent, editing, and reviewing tracked changes. Rebind them in Settings.

Some keys do different things depending on where you are. For example, Cmd/Ctrl + Enter submits a new work order or feedback form, inserts a line break in the agent prompt, and accepts the current change in the document editor.

  • Include Cmd, Ctrl, Alt, or Shift in the combination. Function keys such as F2 also work on their own.
  • If another shortcut already uses the combination in the same place, the dialog shows Already used by with that shortcut's name. Press a different combination.
  • Select Remove to clear a shortcut.
  • To undo a change, hover the shortcut's row and select Reset to Default.

Paste Without Formatting and the sidebar shortcut can't be changed. Custom shortcuts are saved in your browser, so set them again on another device or browser.
