Manage seats, track organization token usage, and handle billing.
Organization admins manage seats, track usage, and handle billing from Settings → Organization.
Seats
Software Factory offers two seat types:

Each Full seat includes a monthly usage allowance for agent activity. Manage seats from Settings → Organization → Members: select Manage Seats to change the seat count, or Manage Subscription to open billing controls. Pending invitations consume a seat until they are accepted or revoked.
Free trial
New organizations start with a 30-day free trial at no cost, so your team can evaluate Software Factory before choosing a plan.
Usage
Open Settings → Organization → Usage for live visibility into token consumption and cost across the organization. Drill into a project for detail, filter by time range, group by project, user, model, or agent, and export the table to CSV.
On-demand usage
Usage beyond the included allowance is billed as on-demand. The on-demand limit defaults to 0, so usage stays within the included allowance until an admin raises the limit from the Usage page.
Per-user limits
Admins can set a usage limit for an individual member from Settings → Organization → Members, using the member's Configure Usage Limit action; the Usage page shows how many members have a limit set. Background agents are exempt from per-user limits, so scheduled and automated work keeps running.
How you're charged
Every agent request is metered by the token counts the model provider reports, and each count is multiplied by that model's rate per one million tokens. Self-serve plans add a 20% platform fee on top; enterprise agreements set their own terms. The Usage page reflects what you pay.
